Feb. 19, 2009 (China Knowledge) – Agile Property Holdings Ltd<3383>, a Hong Kong-based developer of large-scale residential projects, hotels, shopping malls and grade A commercial buildings, plans to hold a conference to promote its Clear Water Bay resort project in Nanjing, Jiangsu Province on Feb. 21, 2009, sources reported.

The huge resort will cover land area of about 9.78 million square meters in Hainan Province and will cost around RMB 20 billion. Furthermore, the tourist attraction will enjoy 12 kilometers of coastline and will have large golf courses, six five-star hotels, and several shopping malls.

On Jul. 4, 2008, Agile Property announced plans to sell a 30% stake worth RMB 5.28 billion to Morgan Stanley.
